Over the years, we have found that making reservations over the phone and speaking directly with one of our experienced staff is the best way to personalize and plan your visit. Our telephone number is (413) 637-3556, and our Reservations and Front Office staff are available 24 hours a day to assist you with any questions or reservations.

Before you call, you may wish to read the general information that follows, as it applies to all accommodations at Blantyre.

Room Rates - Our rates include full breakfast, use of tennis courts, croquet lawns, swimming pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna. All room fees are based on single or double occupancy. There is a $100 charge for an additional person in the room per day. Room fees do not include 5.7% State Room Tax, 6% Local Room Tax and 18% Service Charge in lieu of gratuities.

Prices - While we make every effort to keep our web site current, prices are subject to change.

Room Rates as of January 1st, 2012

All rooms have king beds except where indicated. Room rates do not include the room occupancy tax of 11.7% nor the service consideration of 18%. Room fees are based on single or double occupancy. Extra person - $100 per night. Prices subject to change.

Deposits - To guarantee your reservation, a minimum deposit of one night is required, For a stay of three or more nights, a 50% deposit is required. We recommend trip insurance.

Minimum Stays - Two night minimum stays are required on all weekends and a three night minimum stay is required on all holiday weekends.

Cancellations - A minimum of four weeks notice is needed to refund your deposit, less a $100 administration charge. Sadly, even in cases of an emergency, we cannot refund deposits when a cancellation occurs without four weeks notice. Guests who shorten their stay without four weeks notice are liable for charges for cancelled nights.

Check-in - Check-in is from 3:00PM on, and check-out is anytime before 12:00 Noon. Arrangements may be made for later check-outs at half the daily room rate.

Dining - Reservations for dinner are a must, given the attentive service and fresh cuisine we provide to our guests. In keeping with our traditions, we do ask gentlemen to wear a jacket and tie. Breakfast and lunch are also served at Blantyre, with more casual attire welcomed. Non-resident guests, who have made reservations, are welcome for lunch and dinner. A 20% gratuity and 7% tax are added to all food and beverage charges.

Room Service - We offer 24-hour room service and we will try to accommodate special requests.

Children - Blantyre welcomes children over twelve years of age.

Pets - Pets are welcome in one of our cottages

Amenities - All rooms include TV sets, DVD players, safes, refrigerators, irons and ironing boards, hair dryers, and wireless highspeed internet.

Cell Phones - Your cell phone will work within Blantyre's property unlike some other areas in the Berkshires. However, we ask for your consideration to turn off cell phones in public areas.
